CROWN CLEVELAND PREPARES FOR NEW SCHOOL YEAR WITH CAMPAIGN TO SUPPORT BRADLEY COUNTY AND CLEVELAND CITY SCHOOLS
Donors Encouraged to Drop Off School Supplies Thru August 6
Cleveland, TN (July 8, 2024)
Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Cleveland is asking the public to join them in supporting area public schools. Now thru August 6, Crown will be collecting school supplies that will be donated to schools as the new year begins. The dealership is asking the community to drop off new school supplies that will meet the needs of Bradley County and Cleveland City School students.
Because each school is different, donors can either pick items from school supply lists, or drop off items at the dealership located at 3571 Village North Boulevard, SW from 9-7 on weekdays and 9-6 on Saturdays. The dealership is closed on Sundays.
Crown General Manager Dan Good noted, “We want to make sure our students are prepared to learn from the first day of school until the last. That’s why we’re going to be providing some cash along with school supplies donated to Bradley County and Cleveland City Schools. We’re also offering a little incentive for the goodwill being shared. We’ll host a drawing for three Hot Wheel Jeeps after the new school year begins.”
Good noted that the school supply drive is part of the overall Crown Community Connection in the area. “We’re grateful to live and work in a community that cares so deeply about education. We hope to see lots of customers and friends dropping by over the next month to help us make sure our students are ready for the new school year.”
Bradley County School Superintendent Dr. Linda Cash shared, ”There’s a lot of excitement around the beginning of school, but supplies can be extremely costly. Crown’s efforts will help us meet the challenges that so many parents and guardians face as they prepare their students to learn.”
“Our students are the future of our community,” said Dr. Jeff Elliott, Director of Cleveland City Schools. “It’s wonderful to have such a strong community partner standing with us. We hope supporters of public education will join in Crown’s school drive.”
