Crown Partners With Local Restaurants To Donate Meals For Hospital Workers
Local dealer group, Crown Automotive, will partner with local restaurants to deliver over 500 meals for medical staff and workers at Bayfront and Morton Plant Hospitals. The meals will be donated as an act of charity to the hospital workers for all the sacrifices they have made during these uncertain times.

During these uncertain times, local dealership group Crown Automotive Group, has stepped forward to help lead the community forward. To help the heroes on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis and to give relief to local restaurants affected by the lockdown, Crown has partnered with Parkshore Grill and Baystar Restaurant Group and Catering to deliver over 500 meals to hospital workers and medical staff at two local hospitals: Bayfront and Morton Plant.
"These guys are going all out to ensure our community is safer," said Jim Myers, President and Chief Operating Officer of Crown Automotive Group. "The least we can do is give back and make sure these heroes don’t have to worry about a meal."
Long hours fighting for our community has made day-to-day activities even more difficult for medical staff working in hospitals. Crown would like to thank these individuals for all the sacrifices they have made by offering some temporary reprieve in the form of donated meals.
The meals are purchased and will be donated by Crown on Thursday, April 9. Morton Plant Hospital will receive a lunch from Baystar Restaurant Group and Catering and Bayfront Hospital will receive dinner from Parkshore Grill. All workers will be eligible for the meals and the meals will be handled and delivered in line with CDC guidelines. Crown will also be delivering over 50 cases of water over the next two days to both hospitals.
