This is the first year that DealerRater has held the Consumer Satisfaction Awards, which are a part of the prestigious Dealer of the Year Awards program. The aim of the Consumer Satisfaction Awards is to recognize those dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada that exhibit a commitment to strong customer service values.

 

To be eligible for a 2015 DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award, dealerships have to meet all the criteria for the Dealer of the Year Award program-- have at least 25 reviews during 2014, an average consumer rating of 4.0 out of 5.0, and have a minimum of one review per quarter during 2014. The top 10 percent of U.S. new car dealers based on their DealerRater PowerScore were recognized with awards, as well as all U.S. used car dealers and Canadian dealers that met Dealer of the Year requirements.
