Since the beginning of the COVID Pandemic we've provided specific actions for our employees to keep our dealerships safe for each of them and our customers. We remain at high alert as the changing landscape of the virus changes, adapting as needed.


We are immensely proud of the resilience, flexibility and professionalism of our Crown team, who has stayed focused on delivering the best customer service during this time. We are thankful that during this time customer satisfaction has remained high at our dealerships, and we appreciate your feedback.


Our primary focus remains the health and safety of our customers and employees. Our commitment to safety means making sure we are doing our part to stop the risk of spreading the virus through social distancing and mask wearing. Our policies are posted on almost every door as you enter our dealerships. We remain committed to our Crown team wearing masks as they interact with our customers.


We will continue to do our best to make things convenient and expedient for you. Just call, text or email our team, and we will take care of the rest.


Through our Crown Fast Buy process on line you can select your vehicle, obtain a trade in offer, lock-in financing or lease options and request complimentary delivery of your vehicle. You can do as much or as little as you'd like within Fast Buy to reduce your time in dealership. In fact by choosing complimentary delivery there's no need to visit our dealerships at all. Assistance from a sales consultant is at your convenience again, with as little or as much communication as you'd like. We'll drop a vehicle at your home or office for a test drive for that all important experience.


We also encourage you to schedule your service online. See the home page and just click Schedule Service; on any Crown site and we'll also remind you of your appointment as it gets close, to confirm or reschedule should you like. We are happy to arrange pick-up and delivery as well for any service needs. Again it's important that your experience with Crown is convenient and safe so it's up to you on how much contact you'd like.
